It doesn't matter if Anthropic's accusations are true or not -- people don't care about the truth. People can't process the truth. What matters is narrative control and in this the Empire excels: they control the narrative (and thus reality itself). The problem is that China refuses to offer a counter-narrative because modern China inherited a governing reflex:
- Don’t explain.
- Don’t justify.
- Don’t engage.
- Don’t provoke attention.

This works domestically but it fails internationally. China’s default global posture is: "We did nothing. Please stop looking at us." China lacks comprehension of Western psychological warfare: the Chinese have no counter-narrative because they don’t even understand the battlefield.
